I am so happy to be part of the Immaculate Conception School family. I am starting my thirty third year as a Catholic school teacher! My teaching experience has been in Pre-K, Kindergarten, Second and Third Grades. My heart is very happy and content in third grade! I truly enjoy seeing how far your child grows academically at this grade level!
I hold two New York State Teaching Certificates in both Early Childhood (Birth to Second Grade) and Childhood Education (K to Sixth Grade). In addition to an impressive academic background, I also am very active in my community and parish of St. John Vianney. I am also a Eucharist Minister, so you may see me serving at our school masses. I look forward to another great year with the students and wonderful families at ICS.
I check my email often during the day so you ever have a concern or question, please send me a message and I will answer you in a timely manner. Thank You!
Meet the Teacher Night, September 12th, 6:30pm
Friday, September 14th, Opening Mass, 9:15am
Thursday, November 1st All Saints' Day Mass at 9:15am. This is a wonderful celebration where the children dress as an assigned saint. The third graders take part in the Mass doing the readings and such. The third grade children will be sharing a special treat together after the mass. Your child will also be presenting their saint report in class.
"A comfort zone is a beautiful place, but nothing ever grows there". Therefore, I am always looking to learn new things by attending professional development opportunities and working together with other educators.
